What is included in the assessment?
Our assessment is a series of questions to help us get a foundational understanding of your business and what you are looking for. It allows us to begin to tailor our recommended solution set that will fit your needs.
Is a consultation required?
While not required, the consultation allows us to me virtually to further expand our understanding of your needs. It also provides dedicated time for you to ask questions and get details of how our program works.
Where should we start?
This is a big “it depends” and for good reason. If your team has varying levels of process improvement knowledge then it is best to start with our Foundations course. This will allow everyone to start building a common set of knowledge that can be transferred throughout your organization. If your team has the foundational set of knowledge then our Deep-dive course would be a great starting point. Unsure of where your team falls?
